Since January 2024 to mid-2024, she and her new civil partner (named "conviviente civil" in Chilean law) Giorgio Jackson, lived in Barcelona, Spain, for a short stint while her civil partner Giorgio Jackson worked as a university professor there.

She is an openly bisexual woman, who has has had romantic relationships with women.

She has said that she became pregnant in her late twenties, from an unwanted pregnancy, so she underwent a clandestine self-induced abortion with abortion pills at home. All of this because she had no legal options to do so in Chile, since in Chile it is illegal to obtain a voluntary termination of pregnancy citing as reason the will of the woman or girl herself.
