Kane Brown is going to be performing with his wife Katelyn Jae Brown on New Year’s Eve and we have photos from their rehearsal!

The 31-year-old country singer was spotted on the rehearsal stage with Katelyn on Monday (December 30) at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park in Nashville, Tenn.

Kane and Katelyn, 32, recently released their song “Body Talk” from his upcoming album The High Road and they’ll likely be performing it during the Nye special.

The couple will be performing on CBS’ New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. Kane is headlining the event alongside Jelly Roll and there are plenty of other performers who will be hitting the stage during the five-hour broadcast.

Years before she was Katelyn Jae Brown, Kane Brown’s wife had dreams of being a singer herself. In fact, he was supposed to appear in a music video for her in 2015 but had to bow out due to a scheduling conflict. He was an up-and-coming artist himself at the time. They met a year later when she attended one of his shows early in his career. And the rest is history.

The power couple married in 2018. According to Country Living, Katelyn put her dreams of being a solo artist aside and focused on the business aspect of the industry.

Stars like Machine Gun Kelly and Anitta walked the red carpet at the event on Thursday (February 22) at Kaseya Center in Miami, Fla.

More stars in attendance included Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn Jae Brown, Tini, Lele Pons, and Natti Natasha, among others.

Maluma was the most-nominated artist of the night with 14 nods followed by Peso Pluma with 13 nominations.

The CMT Music Awards 2023 proved to be a big night for Jelly Roll who topped the night as the most-awarded artist taking home three trophies.

The “Son of a Sinner” hitmaker took the awards in the categories Male Video of the Year, Breakthrough Male Video of the Year and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year. Taking two trophies was Lainey Wilson who won Female Video of the Year for “Heart Like a Truck” and Collaborative Video of the Year for “Wait in the Truck” in a duet with Hardy.

Video of the Year was awarded to Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown for “Thank God.”

Following close behind, Cody Johnson, first-time nominee Jelly Roll, and co-host Kane Brown picked up three nominations each.

The nominations are in and this year’s CMT Music Awards will have plenty of familiar faces — and a whole lot of new ones.

Lainey Wilson leads the charge with four noms, including Performance of the Year and Female Video of the Year. Tied with three nominees apiece are first-time nominee Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, and CMT Music Awards co-host Kane Brown.

Across all categories, CMT is recognizing 21 first-time nominees.

Meanwhile, the first round of nominations for the highly coveted Video of the Year award has 16 acts, including another nod for Carrie Underwood, who reigns as the most awarded artist in CMT history with a total of 25 wins. She is also slated to perform.

The CMT Music Awards will be held in Austin, Texas, as the city’s first major televised awards show, from the University of Texas’ Moody Center on Sunday, April 2, at 8 p.m. Et/Pt.
