Daniel Mart is someone who's strives to explore new ways to express himself. At a young age, he did so through painting and poetry, and although he did enjoy doing that, it never brought him the satisfaction that he often sought. At the age of 8, Daniel first discovered acting when he received the role of a reindeer during his school's Christmas production "The Polar Express". Although he enjoyed the experience, he wouldn't come back to acting until he was 13 years old when his mother enrolled him in an acting summer camp at The University Of Miami. Afterwards, he continued to pursue acting by taking classes and eventually interning at Area Stage Company as a stagehand and production assistant for some of their shows; however, he was let go in early 2016 due to differences between himself and some of the management staff. Despite this set back, Daniel went on to be a student intern at Florida International University's Theater Department under the guidance of Chris Gosslin, Geordan Gottlieb, BJ Duncan, and Tony Galaska. After graduating from Miami Killian Senior High, he decided to attend Miami Dade Community College where he was able to perform in many of their plays including Church and State (2017), Warner Bros. (2019), and Luna Gale (2019). Thanks to his professor Joshua Braun, Daniel was able to get a better grasp of what he truly wanted to do as an actor. Afterwards, he went back to FIU to further expand his craft.

Since breaking into the film industry in 2013 in Cheese vs Pepperoni (2013), he has acted in several local South Florida short films, most notably Sick Minded (2019) and Lights, Camera, Disaster! (2019). Aside from short films, Daniel has also made appearances in some local web series and feature films such as Slimey (2021) and Treach (2020) respectively. He has also gone on to frequently collaborate with Jace Elton on projects such as S.H.E. (2021) and Electric Feel (2020), Alejo Vega on Wiseguys vs Aliens (2022) and Hand of the Pharaohs (2020), and Matthew Mark Hunter on Deadly Numbers (2021) and Tapes from the Underground (2021).

In an attempt to expand his talents, Daniel started his own interview show aptly called An Interview With (2016). After having been inspired by many of the people he worked with, he began creating his own content with the first of these being his directorial debut The Deal (2019). Afterwards, he produced and starred in Churi (2019). Since then, under his production company DMart Productions, he has been attached to direct, write, and/or produce several project including Unwritten (2020), Silent Locale Cinematics (2018), Drew (2020), Corner (2021), The Date (2021), Quince (2021), and Spending Some Time Together (2024).

After some personal and professional setbacks in 2022, Daniel has taken more of an interest in theater. Despite the fact that he has done theatrical acting in the past such as in The Teachers' Lounge (2019), Influence (2018), and Bulgarian Rhapsody (2019), as well as crewed for shows such as La Nona (2016), A Midwinters Night Dream (2016), and All My Sons (2017), this is the first time where he decided to seriously peruse theater as a viable career in tandem with his film career. When it comes to theater, although he still does want to peruse acting, he also wants to focus his talents on directing, playwriting, costuming, and dramaturgy. Since taking on this new endeavor, he has had several theatrical projects lined up including acting in Pericles (2023) and Sure Thing (2022), directing Stuff (2023) and Orange Flower Water (2022), playwriting Nevermind and 45, Costuming for The Green Bird (2022) and Necessary Targets (2023), and Dramaturging for Airness (2023).

Due to his hard work in the industry he has been nominated and won several awards. Some of his more notable nominations includes Best Student Film for Corner (2021) at the Treasure Coast International Festival and Best Kill, Decoration, and Scare for Quince at Ghastly Pumpkin Awards Film Festival. Some of his more notable wins includes Best Student Narrative for Corner (2021) at Festival Angaelica, Best Short for Corner (2021) at Flix Reps Festival, Outstanding Director for Corner (2021) at Palm Beach Film Festival, and Best Horror for Quince (2021) at Ghastly Pumpkin Awards Film Festival.
