Lauren Grimson is an Australian film and television actress. Her film credits include lead roles in Dark Sister directed by Alex Proyas (The Crow, iRobot), Cry Baby directed by Corey Pearson (The Spy Who Never Dies), The Possessed (alongside John Jarratt and Lincoln Lewis) and Waterhorse, directed by Jennifer Van Gessel (Beast No More).
Lauren also appeared in Bronte Pictures' cult favourite Wyrmwood: Apocalypse, directed by Kiah Roache-Turner (Nekrotronic, Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead), The Osiris Child directed by Shane Abbess, Munro from acclaimed director Michael Joy, and Matthew Holmes' period drama The Legend of Ben Hall - a performance which won the Best Supporting Actor award at the Wild Bunch Film Festival, Arizona.
Recently, Lauren was invited to sit on the feature film judging panel of Australia's longest-running genre film festival, A Night of Horror International Film Festival, alongside Sam Curtain and Kiah Roache-Turner.
Looking ahead to the new year, Lauren continues her upwards trajectory with four lead feature film roles slated for 2024, soon to be announced.
