Amy Beth Goodrich was born in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Her family moved to the UK when she was 4 and so was raised in Yorkshire by her British mother and American father.
Her interest in the Performing Arts began young, playing the flute from age 5 through to her teens in orchestras and concert bands.
Her love of Fine Art however, including photography, became her focus at degree level - when she chose to study at the world renown Saint Martins College of Art in London, specializing in Sculpture.
Exhibiting internationally, Amy became a full-time practicing artist, which led her to also explore film-making and mixed media.
In 2010, she returned to her favorite college to study as a postgraduate in Character Animation - where her love of music, sculpture modeling and experimental film-making all merged into one.
Taking advantage of her dual-nationality, and seeking closer contact with the film industry, the decision was made to move from London to the media capital of Burbank, California.
Amy soon became friends with Producer, Woody Wise and by 2012 was helping Director Inda Reid with the documentary - Brotherhood of the Popcorn -as her Assistant Director and camera operator.
Amy continues to exhibit her fine art, create her soft sculptural collectables and is in pre-production with her own animation projects.
