Biography

Sanai Victoria was born January 15, 2007. From the time she was born, it was evident that Sanai Victoria was destined for the spotlight. At the tender age of 2 ½, she had already begun piano, gymnastics, voice and dance lessons and has continued to excel at the performing arts. At age 6, Sanai entered a National American Miss pageant where she competed with 105 girls and placed 2nd runner up Queen, Miss personality and 1st place in talent. Her pageant awards did not end there and in 2015, Sanai was crowned Junior pre-teen Miss Teen Los Angeles/San Bernardino/Pasadena, as well as National America Miss Jr. Pre-teen Miss California and once again Miss personality in 2015-2016 respectively.

Shortly thereafter Sanai decided to test her fate in the acting world and in less than 2 ½ years she has been in numerous commercials including Chrysler, Disney, Centurylink, MasterCard, McDonalds, Samsung, Honda, Motel 6, Toys R Us to name a few. Her voice can be heard as a series regular in two cartoons, and recurs in one, Little People by Fisher Price/ Mattel as "Tessa" which airs everyday Monday-Friday on Sprout , Disney's Whisker Haven Tales, as "Treasure", on Disney Junior and Vampirina as Pheobe on Disney Junior respectively.

Comedy has come naturally for this bright, charismatic young actor, and Sanai has been seen on ABC'S Blackish as " Cousin Diamond." She has also been seen as a guest star on several Disney shows including Lab Rats Elite Force, Girl Meets World and Bizaardvark. Nickelodeon has also recognized Sanai's talent and gave her a starring role on the Nickelodeon pilot, Future Shock, where she starred as Kylie Parker, a tenacious, wise-beyond-her-years 8 year old.

While she has obvious comedic instinct and timing, Sanai is also a dramatic actor. This past year, Sanai has just wrapped up two lead roles one in the feature film XX Dead Rabbits, an anthology and as Victoria Whitney in Lifetime's remake of the classic Beaches, opposite Idina Menzel and Nia Long. At present Sanai is a series regular in Tyler Perry's new sitcom, "The Paynes" which airs every Friday on the OWN Network.

Sanai loves to sing and write and is working on her six song EP as well as her first book. She also enjoys time with her family, her dog, playing the piano, volunteering with the elderly and the underprivileged, and playing with her American Girl Dolls. Sanai is represented by Abrams Artist Agency, Los Angeles.
