Jess Bartlett is an award-winning writer/producer from England. She has written and produced several short films including BBC Arts and ACE-funded projects, one of which is streaming on BBC iPlayer. Jess is a 2023 Killer Shorts winner and has written several episodes of TV on horror series Urban Legend and The Haunted Museum both produced by Eli Roth, which are available on HBO Max.
As a Production Company Director at Terror Arcade, Jess is in development for multiple projects, including their debut feature film. Their viral short Time Out accumulated 90+ million views across platforms. Most recently, Jess wrapped on proof-of-concept short Outside Noise with writer/director Ethan Evans which won production funding from CenterFrame. The short was exec produced by Jed Shepherd & Alex Noyer and is official selection in the 68th BFI London Film Festival.
