Kara Puerschner is an actor and screenwriter from Seattle, Washington. She first plunged into the art community at the age of six, when she won a gifted children's award. Soon after, she modeled and competed in pageants until she found her true passion in film. Kara has won the Future of Film award multiple times, as well as a spot in the top three of Seattle Film Summit's pitch panel for the feature film she penned at the age of thirteen. Kara started her production company, 14Karat films, to empower female artists and continues to act, write, and produce her films while also collaborating with other local artists.
