Rachel "Elle" Diken's creative background as a filmmaker, screenwriter, playwright, and actor is balanced with her corporate operations and speaking experience. She is an Advisory Board Member for Infinity Enterprises & Holdings Inc, affiliated with Infinity Media Group. Awards include a 2018 Council on the Arts Fellowship.
Elle founded the OCIA Productions documentary studio in late 2017. She produced OCIA's first documentary, as well as directed the filming of its more than 50 original interviews, archival & veritae footage, and 15 live events across the U.S.
Elle also founded Tendency Holdings Inc media company, a film, TV and music video production studio. Tendency Holdings acquired OCIA Productions in 2023, adding it to the Tendency portfolio of brands. Elle is the screenwriter for Tendency Holdings' first project, a limited TV series in development.
