Michelle Branch sprouts first solo album in six years

    Following her successful foray into country music as one-half of the distaff duo The Wreckers, Michelle Branch is set to return with her first solo album in six years. She may no longer be recording with Wreckers crewmate Jessica Harp, but Nashville is where she gets her mail these days. Appropriatelty, the album will come out on Reprise/Warner Bros. Nashville this fall. First single, "Sooner or Later" is available  via iTunes today. "Everything Comes and Goes" was produced by John Leventhal and longtime Branch collaborator John Shanks.
