Juliette Lewis Joins "Cabiria" Remake
Juliette Lewis will star in "The Days of Mary", Brad Michael Gilbert's "contemporary re-imagining" of Federico Fellini’s 1957 classic "Nights of Cabiria" says THR
The story follows a prostitute looking for love in Rome but finding only heartache. Gilbert and Meg McGarry's script shifts the action to Reno, Nevada.
To non-European audiences, 'Cabiria' is probably best known for the Bob Fosse and Neil Simon musical (and later film adaptation) which spawned from it - "Sweet Charity".
