Mathew Knowles Denies Destiny's Child Reunion Rumors

When Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams released their last album 2004's "Destiny Fulfilled," they promised it would be their last, though a "#1's" album and special reunion performances followed. But while online rumors began circulating of a reunion for 2011, they've been debunked by manager and Beyonce's dad Mathew Knowles.

"Contrary to rumors online of a Destiny's Child reunion, there are no plans for the group to reunite for a performance or album. The rumors are false," Knowles said in a statement. "Destiny's Child made an unprecedented impact in contemporary music, becoming one of the best-selling groups of all time."

"Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have each moved on to successful solo careers. The members remain close, but will not reunite as a group," he continued.

The girls last reunited on stage for a brief appearance during a 2007 date of "The Beyonce Experience" tour. Beyonce since released her hit "I Am.
