She gave birth to her daughter North West less than a year ago, and now Kim Kardashian is ready to open up about her life as a new mom in the April 2014 issue of Vogue magazine.

Joined by her daughter and fiance Kanye West for the stunning Annie Leibovitz-shot spread, the 33-year-old reality shared details about her little one and revealed childhood memories about momager Kris Jenner.

"I take pictures of her all the time and dress her up," Miss Kardashian explained. "I put Kanye's big chains around her, and I put a little Louis bag and some Jordans, and I was like, 'What's up, Daddy?'"

While discussing her mother's sense of fashion, Kim stated, "[My fashion-mad mom] would always wear really tight [dresses] - she was into Vicky Tiel, Moschino, or Chanel - with huge Moschino heart earrings. She had an amazing body and was always so in shape."
