MasterChef still top on Thursday with 4.3 million

MasterChef remained on top of the ratings outside of soaps on Thursday (April 10), according to overnight data.

BBC One's cooking series was down on Wednesday's episode but up around 100,000 from last Thursday (April 3), attracting 4.3 million (20.2%) at 8pm.

Later, documentary Don't Cap My Benefits intrigued 3.6m (17.4%) at 9pm, while Question Time appealed to 2.3m (20.6%) at 10.35pm.

On BBC Two, new series Digby Jones: The New Troubleshooter gathered 1.2m (5.5%) at 8pm, followed by the film The Boy with the Striped Pyjamas with 1.1m (5.4%) at 9pm.

ITV's Ade at Sea brought in 2.4m (11.5%) at 8.30pm, followed by It'll Be Alright on the Night with 2.7m (13.1%) at 9pm (156k/1.0% on +1).

On Channel 4, The Hoarder Next Door fascinated 1.2m (5.7%) at 8pm (207k/1.0%). 15,000 Kids and Counting brought in 988k (4.8%) at 9pm (303k/1.9%), while 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown puzzled 708k (4.4%) at 10pm (175k/2.0%).

Channel 5's It Takes a Thief To Catch a Thief was seen by 751k (3.5%) at 8pm,
