His name is Hal Williams, and he’s an actor. You may remember him from 227 when he played Lester Jenkins, a hard-working, blue-collared construction man who had to endure ridicule on a nightly basis from his ungrateful family. Even worse, Lester’s daughter was constantly hanging around that fool Calvin. Anyway, as we were watching some re-runs the other day we realized that Hal looks like a little like a certain dog that cops love. Hint: It’s not a German Shepherd. Not just any dog, mind you. It’s not like he resembles a poodle or a beagle. I’ll ask you this:
