Sad news for soap opera veteran Kassie DePaiva. The actress, whose credits include “Days of Our Lives” and “One Life to Live,” revealed on Thursday that she is battling leukemia. DePaiva, who plays Eve on “Days,” said on her website that she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in July, when the show was on hiatus.
