Today, HBO announced that Game of Thrones is making it's way to 4K this Summer with the first season coming to the Ultra HD format.
While Game of Thrones is nearing the end of its incredible story, fans (and newcomers) can enjoy the excellent first season of the series in glorious 4K resolution on June 5th. The new Ultra HD release was announced earlier today, which will give all 10 episodes an upgrade, while including all the special features from the previous blu-ray set.
