Other details soon! pic.twitter.com/EhetQjT5Qh — Allu Sirish (@AlluSirish) April 24, 2018 The Malayalam film, directed by Martin Prakkat, starred Dulquer Salman in the lead role with Jacob Gregory, Aparna Gopinath, Tovino Thomas, Vijayaraghavan, Lalu Alex, Sajini Sachariah, S.P.Sreekumar, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Sijoy Varghese, Krishnabhaskar Mangalasserri, Kalpana, Nandhu, Kalasala Babu, Santhakumari, and Thampi Antony forming the star cast. Abcd is a film about two America-based NRIs arriving at India for a vacation but for some reason could not go back and what happens is told with a heavy dosage of humour. Produced by Shibu Thameens under his banner Thameens Films on a budget of Rs 4.5 crores, the film collected about Rs 12.5 crores at the box office. The Telugu version will be directed by Sanjiv Reddy who will be making his debut as a director. According to reports, Abcd will go on to the floors in June this year and the prep work for it is already on. Allu Sirish made his debut as a child artiste in 1990 with the film Pratibandh and went on to act in the Tamil movie Mayabazar as a child artiste. He made his debut as lead actor with the Tamil film Gouravam in 2013 and since then has acted in Telugu films such as Kotha Janta and Srirastu Subhamastu which was a biggest hit in his career. Allu Sirish made his Malayalam debut with 1971: Beyond Borders in which he shared the screen space with Mohanlal.
