It was a seaside October evening that played host to the opening ceremony of the twentieth edition of the Mumbai Film Festival (Mami) held on October 25th 2018. The ceremony on the stage, with the Gateway of India as its background, was hosted by Indian actor Kalki Koechlin and highlighted the Juries and the various segments of the film festival that is currently celebrating its twentieth year.
