Blumhouse’s ‘The Invisible Man’ Sets March 2020 Release Date

Blumhouse’s “The Invisible Man” will hit theaters on March 13, 2020, Universal Pictures announced on Monday.

Leigh Whannell, who helmed “Insidious: Chapter 3” and “Upgrade,” will direct the remake of “The Invisible Man,” the 1933 film based on the novel by H. G. Wells. Whannell will also produce alongside Jason Blum for his Universal-based Blumhouse Productions and Goalpost PicturesKylie du Fresne.

Elisabeth Moss and Storm Reid star. Whannell also wrote the screenplay. Production will begin in Sydney, Australia in July.
