‘Outlander’ Emmy submissions: Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, Sophie Skelton and more vie for nominations

Emmy nominations voting started on June 10, so the television academy has publicly released the ballots containing all the contenders who have been submitted for consideration. The Starz romance is eligible for its fourth season, which consisted of 13 episodes and aired from November 2018 until January 2019. This year found Jamie and Claire (Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe) washed up on the shores of North Carolina as their daughter Brianna (Sophie Skelton) searched for them across time. As Starz revealed to us earlier, Heughan, Balfe and Skelton have all been submitted for Emmy consideration, as has Richard Rankin as Brianna’s love interest Roger.
