2018 Best Picture: 3 Films That Didn't Deserve The Nomination (& 7 Replacements)

The 90th annual Academy Awards were hosted in 2018 and honored the best films from the previous year in 2017. Some of the films released that year that could have been nominated, but weren't, were: It Comes at Night, A Dog's Purpose, and Before I Fall . Instead, the films that were praised and given the biggest nomination, in the Best Picture category, were: The Shape of Water, Darkest Hour, Dunkirk, Phantom Thread, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Get Out, The Post, Call Me By Your Name, and Lady Bird

Looking at this list now, there are a few nominees that haven't aged well and probably didn't deserve the praise they received, and there is definitely a handful of other great films that should have been recognized instead.
