‘Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous’ Renewed for Season 2 at Netflix – Watch the Teaser (Video)

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous” has been renewed for Season 2 at Netflix, the streaming service said Friday.

The first season of family-friendly series from DreamWorks Animation launched Sept. 18. Watch a teaser for the second season of the animated show, coming in 2021, above.

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous” takes place within the same timeline as the 2015 film but sees the dinosaur rampage through the eyes of six teenagers who are in for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a new adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar. When dinosaurs wreak havoc across the island, the campers are unable to reach the outside world and will quickly go from strangers, to friends, to family as they band together to survive.

Season 2 of “Camp Cretaceous” “will find the stranded campers struggling to survive on Isla Nublar as the series charges forward beyond the events of the ‘Jurassic World’ film.”
