Alliance of Women Film Journalists announces Eda Awards by Amber Wilkinson - 2025-01-08 19:56:28
Harrison Lee Van Buren (Guy Pearce) with László Tóth (Adrien Brody) and Gordon (Isaach De Bankolé) Brady Corbett's The Brutalist has been named Best Film in the Alliance of Women Film Journalists (AWFJ) annual Eda awards.
Coralie Fargeat won Best Director and Best Screenplay for The Substance. She also tied for Best Femal Director and Best Female Screenwriter in the Female Focus categories alongside Payal Kapadia for All We Imagine As Light. Conclave captured three awards, including Best Adapted Screenplay. Best Supporting Actress for Isabella Rossellini and Best Ensemble Cast/Casting Director.
