Ke Huy Quan may have one of the best Cinderella stories in Hollywood history. After rising to fame in the mid-1980s as a child actor in “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” and “The Goonies,” Quan decided to step away from acting in the early ’90s, feeling disillusioned by the lack of non-stereotypical roles for Asian Americans.
