Disney is reportedly working on a new movie called Ichabod, a spinoff of Sleepy Hollow, and they want Timothée Chalamet to play the main character. The film will be directed by Alfonso Gomez.

Ichabod will focus on the story of Ichabod Crane, the famous character from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. The original story, written by Washington Irving, is about a schoolteacher who encounters the Headless Horseman, a ghostly figure who haunts the town.

The rumor comes from Daniel Richtman, a notable industry insider, and was published on his Patreon. Even though this wasn’t confirmed by the official sources, fans are excited about the possibility. Chalamet is known for his roles in Dune, Wonka, and Call Me by Your Name.

There is no release date yet for Ichabod, but with a strong team behind it, this film could be an exciting new addition to Disney’s lineup.
