Bleecker Street and frequent partner Ld Entertainment have picked up U.S. rights to Bone Lake, a critically acclaimed survival thriller from filmmaker Mercedes Bryce Morgan (Fixation), which is coming off its premiere at Fantastic Fest with a 95% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film will be released in theaters nationwide on October 10th. Mister Snith has come on board to rep international rights, beginning at Cannes, following its work with Ld on Directors’ Fortnight title Dangerous Animals.

Bone Lake finds a couple’s romantic vacation at a secluded lakeside estate upended when they are forced to share the mansion with a mysterious and attractive couple. A dream getaway spirals into a nightmarish maze of sex, lies, and manipulation, bringing terrifying secrets to light and triggering a bloody battle for survival.
