Behind-the-Scenes Kennedy Center Honorees

The Kennedy Center Honors is an annual honor given to those in the performing arts for their lifetime of contributions to American culture (although recipients do not need to be U.S. citizens). Each year five new artists are honored. While most inductees are musicians, dancers or actors, directors, writers, choreographers and other "behind-the-scenes" artists are also honored.
