These 35 top-rated movies meet the basic requirement of having 25000 votes to be included on the IMDb Top 250 list. Yet still, they are not on the list for (one of) the following reasons: ▪️ They are not rated by a sufficient number of regular users, ▪️ They've been rated very recently, ▪️ They have less number of votes compared to other movies on the Top 250 list, ▪️ Or because of an unknown reason.
