TV writer/creator Steven Bochco has passed away. As one of the most prolific and celebrated creators of American television shows, Bochco had hit series in every decade from the '60s to the 2010s. He was nominated for 22 Emmys, winning 10 and earned Lifetime Achievement awards from the Writers Guild of America, the Producers Guild of America, the Online Film & Television Association and the Casting Society of America.
