Tense Movie Moments
Alfred Hitchcock once explained perfectly the difference between surprise and suspense. When a bomb under a table goes off, that's surprise. When we know the bomb is under the table but not when it will go off, that is suspense. For these moments in film, we found ourselves in a state of sheer tense and anticipation, as we relentlessly bit our nails nervous of what may ensue. The culmination of the event was overshadowed by its uneasy build up to it. There are quite a few, so this list has been narrowed down mostly by having some of our users here at IMDb pick their favorites. Which of these memorably tense moments in a film had you holding your breath the most? After voting, you may discuss the poll here.
Most Desirable All Star Cast
You are making a film - with an unlimited budget. Which all star ensemble from one of these movies would you chose as your cast? Remember, you're voting purely for the group of actors involved, not for the best film. Because, given the chance, you would, of course, make a much better job of it in your production than some of the directors did in these films! The possibly even more impressive casts of the Harry Potter films, The Lord of the Rings and Hobbit trilogies and the Batman/Dark Knight franchise are beyond your means, because even an unlimited budget has its limits... ;-) Discuss here

Mystery, Suspense, and Detective Mystery Parodies
The word “Parody” means a humorous exaggerated imitation or ode to a writer, artist, person, or genre. These are comedies that parody mysteries, suspense (with a mystery or detective story in it aka, you know who the killer is before the detective does) and detective mysteries. Also by the word “mystery”, ghost stories too are included since some of the classic ghost stories had a mystery story that needed to be figured out in them, like the serious stories “The Turn Of The Screw”, and “The Uninvited” (1944) and “The Uninvited” (2009). (Two different ghost stories with the same title). Which of these movies parodying mystery, detective, and suspense movies is the best? Follow funny clues here to discuss it. P.S. Since three of the entries are based on the same play and I wanted the people to know that, I had included all the “based on” credits here. Why single out just three films and exclude all the others? Besides, it promotes reading too, if people are interested in reading the source material.

Most Prolific Actress Oscar Has Ever Seen
Kevin Bacon once claimed to have worked with everyone in Hollywood or someone they had worked with after his first thirty films. His comment was the catalyst for the creation of the pop culture game, "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon". Bess Flowers never made such a boast, but could have easily made the claim in her day. Flowers was known as the "Queen of Hollywood Extras" appearing in over eight hundred and fifty movies plus hundreds of TV episodes and short films too. She holds the record for most feature film appearances by an actor, as well as, both the records for most appearances in an Oscar-nominated title at one hundred and seventy-three, and most appearances in an Oscar-nominated Best Picture at twenty-six. So frequent were her appearances, diehard film fans would make a game of spotting her in movies.
