Here's to the "T" in LGBTQ
Especially for Pride Month, which is celebrated every June in many countries around the globe, following is a list of some of the transgender, non-binary, and intersex* characters in TV and film. Who is your favorite? After voting, feel free to discuss here. Vote in other Pride polls here. *Intersex people are not transgendered (and the "I" in "LGBTQIA" stands for "intersex") but since they are outside of a binary sexual identity and I know of only one intersex character in film and TV, I wanted to give credit to a compelling intersex character in a good movie (Alex in 'XXY'). Note: With the exception of the first five, all characters are listed in alphabetical order by first name.
