2019 marked the 100th anniversary of Boris Karloff's film debut. His first appearance in The Lightning Raider (1919) would be the beginning of a long career that would include 207 titles, including posthumous roles. Karloff would grow to become one of the icons of horror cinema, but his work extended in several genres and he remains one of the most recognizable faces of classic cinema. 2019 also marks the 50th anniversary of Karloff's death. Frankly, I’m shocked that some very fine films have such a low rating. However, out of these bottom 30 of the Best Picture Winners, which do YOU think is the WORST (not the best) Best Picture winner?
