Painfully pointless and witless "dark comedy" which towards the end contains a scene where a grown creepy man is initiating an intercourse with a pubescent girl in a parrot costume. And we are supposed to laugh.
The movie meanders from nothing to nowhere, playing at the art house, while saying nothing, satirising a few trivial details and failing to tie anything together.
I lost interest after first 20 minutes, but I sat frozen in terror, unable to pull myself away from this tragically spoiled offspring of once great movie making tradition. Then the afore mentioned sexual abuse scene hit me like a ton of bricks.
I wish I could unsee this movie. It filled me with despair of our contemporary culture.
