Michael John Myers was born in 1963 in Scarborough, Ontario, to Alice E. (Hind), an officer supervisor, and Eric Myers, an insurance agent. His parents were both English, and had served in the Royal Air Force and British Army, respectively.
Myers' television career really started in 1988, when he joined Saturday Night Live (1975), where he spent six seasons. He brought to life many memorable characters, such as Dieter and Wayne Cambell. Ben Kingsley was born Krishna Bhanji on December 31, 1943 in Scarborough, Yorkshire, England. His father, Rahimtulla Harji Bhanji, was a Kenyan-born medical doctor, of Gujarati Indian descent, and his mother, Anna Lyna Mary (Goodman), was an English actress. Ben began to act in stage plays during the 1960s. He soon became a successful stage actor, and also began to have roles in films and television. His birth name was Krishna Bhanji, but he changed his name to "Ben Kingsley" soon after gaining fame as a stage actor, fearing that a foreign name could hamper his acting career.
Kingsley first earned international fame for his performance in the drama movie Gandhi (1982). His performance as Mohandas K. Gandhi earned him international fame. He won many awards - including an Academy Award for Best Actor. He also won Golden Globe, BAFTA and London Film Critics' Circle Awards. After acting in Gandhi (1982), Ben was recognized as one of the finest British actors.
After his international fame for appearing in Gandhi (1982), Kingsley appeared in many other famous movies. His success as an actor continued. His performance as Itzhak Stern in the drama movie Schindler's List (1993) earned him a BAFTA nomination for best supporting actor. Schindler's List (1993) won seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture. During the late 1990s, Kingsley acted in many successful movies. He played Sweeney Todd in the television movie The Tale of Sweeney Todd (1997), for which he was nominated for the Screen Actors' Guild Award. His other notable role was as Otto Frank in the television movie Anne Frank: The Whole Story (2001), for which he won the Screen Actors' Guild Award.
In 2002, Kingsley was appointed Knight Bachelor of the Order of the British Empire in the Queen's New Years Honours for his services to drama. In 2013, he received the BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Filmed Entertainment. The youngest of eight children, Karen grew up in an active home in a small town just outside of Toronto.

Charles Laughton was born in Scarborough, Yorkshire, England, to Eliza (Conlon) and Robert Laughton, hotel keepers of Irish and English descent, respectively. He was educated at Stonyhurst (a highly esteemed Jesuit college in England) and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (received gold medal). His first appearance on stage was in 1926. Laughton formed own film company, Mayflower Pictures Corp., with Erich Pommer, in 1937. He became an American citizen 1950. A consummate artist, Laughton achieved great success on stage and film, with many staged readings (particularly of George Bernard Shaw) to his credit. Stephan James has quickly established himself as an incredibly dynamic lead talent in both film and television. James, a native of Canada, has held the honor of portraying several real-life figures in African American history. He starred as Olympics hero Jesse Owens in Race, directed by Stephen Hopkins, for which he received an NAACP Image Award nomination. In 2019 Stephan received his first Golden Globe nomination for his starring role opposite Julia Roberts in Amazon Prime's hit series Homecoming. Steve Byers was born in Ontario Canada. He began acting while attending Unionville School for the Arts. He got his feet wet with parts in film and television in shows like La Femme Nikita and the feature Slapshot 2. He first became a star name in his home country, when he landed the lead role in the series, Falcon Beach, playing the character Jason Tanner for ABC. After three seasons, he then moved on to star in the short-lived drama, Wild Roses, and then a turn as the infamous nemesis to Superman, Desaad in the CW classic Smallville. Steve also worked on blockbuster features such as Immortals for Relativity and Total Recall starring Colin Farrell for Columbia Pictures. Kathryn Greenwood (or "Kathy" as she prefers to be called) graduated from the Agincourt Collegiate Institute, and attended the American Acadamy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, California, where she spent two years studying acting. When she returned to Canada in 1988, the fresh-face actress became a staple in Canadian comedy, performing in several theater productions, landing parts in movies such as Switching Goals (1999), and guest-starring on numerous television series. In 1996, Kathy landed the part of aunt "Grace Bailey" on the Canadian drama series Wind at My Back (1996), which lasted for five successful seasons. Kristin Fairlie is an award-winning actress and singer. She made her feature film debut, opposite Demi Moore, Gary Oldman and Robert Duvall in The Scarlet Letter (1995). Kristin is a Young Artist of Hollywood Award Winner for her lead role in the movie The Sweetest Gift (1998). Varun Saranga was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario. He became interested in acting during high school through filmmaking, directing and starring in various student films. After attending an open call at 18 and landing his first major role playing the geeky but lovable AJ Mehta on the hit YTV show How to Be Indie, he was inspired to pursue an acting career professionally.
Many roles followed, such as CBC's Schitt's Creek, Workin' Moms and Strays, CTV's Nurses, Hulu's Endlings, and regular roles on Burden of Truth, Carter and most notably, the People's Choice Award-Winning Wynonna Earp.
