- Patrick Gibson is an Irish actor who was born in Westminster, London before returning with his family to his native Ireland. His acting roles include The Tudors, The Passing Bells, The OA, Shadow and Bone, Tolkien and the prequel series Dexter: Original Sin among others. British actor Eddie Redmayne won the Academy Award for Best Actor (for The Theory of Everything (2014)).
Edward John David Redmayne was born and raised in London, England, the son of Patricia (Burke) and Richard Charles Tunstall Redmayne, a businessman. His great-grandfather was Sir Richard Augustine Studdert Redmayne, a noted civil and mining engineer. He has English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh ancestry. Redmayne is the only member of his family to follow a career in acting, and also modeled during his teen years. He was educated at Eton College before going on to Trinity College, Cambridge, where he studied History of Art. Encouraged by his parents, Redmayne took drama lessons from a young age. His first stage appearance was in the Sam Mendes production of "Oliver!", in London's West End. He played a workhouse boy. Acting continued through school and university, including performing with the National Youth Music Theatre.
Redmayne's first professional stage performance came in 2002 at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre where he played Viola in "Twelfth Night". In 2004, he won the prestigious Evening Standard Outstanding Newcomer Award for his working in Edward Albee's play "The Goat". Further stage successes followed, and in 2009, he starred in John Logan's "Red" at the Donmar Warehouse in London. He won huge critical acclaim for his role, winning an Oliver Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. The play transferred to Broadway in 2010, and Redmayne went on to win a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Play.
Alongside his stage career, Redmayne has worked steadily in television and film. Notable projects include Robert De Niro's The Good Shepherd (2006), Elizabeth: The Golden Age (2007), Tess of the D'Urbervilles (2008), The Pillars of the Earth (2010) and My Week with Marilyn (2011). He co-starred as Marius Pontmercy in the musical Les Misérables (2012). He played scientist Stephen Hawking in the biographical drama The Theory of Everything (2014), opposite Felicity Jones, as Stephen's wife Jane Hawking. For his performance, Redmayne won multiple awards, including the Academy Award for Best Actor. As such, he became the first man born in the 1980s to win an acting Oscar. He received further critical acclaim for his portrayal of Lili Elbe, one of the first known recipients of sex reassignment surgery, in The Danish Girl (2015). For his performance, he was nominated for multiple awards, including the Academy Award for Best Actor.

Thomas William Hiddleston was born in Westminster, London, to English-born Diana Patricia (Servaes) and Scottish-born James Norman Hiddleston. His mother is a former stage manager, and his father, a scientist, was the managing director of a pharmaceutical company. He started off at the preparatory school, The Dragon School in Oxford, and by the time he was 13, he boarded at Eton College, at the same time that his parents were going through a divorce. He continued on to the University of Cambridge, where he earned a double first in Classics. He continued to study acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, from which he graduated in 2005.
Whilst at University of Cambridge, he was seen by the Hamilton Hodell agency in the play "A Streetcar Named Desire" and was signed. Following this, he was cast in his first television role in The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby (2001). Hiddleston won his first film role as Oakley in Joanna Hogg's award-winning first feature, Unrelated (2007). His breakthrough role came when he portrayed the nemesis Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe feature film Thor (2011). He reprised the character in The Avengers (2012), Thor: The Dark World (2013), Thor: Ragnarok (2017), and Avengers: Infinity War (2018).
He has also appeared in Steven Spielberg's War Horse (2011), The Deep Blue Sea (2011), Woody Allen's romantic comedy Midnight in Paris (2011), and the romantic vampire film Only Lovers Left Alive (2013). On television, he appeared on the BBC series The Hollow Crown (2012), in the adaptations of Shakespeare's "Henry IV" and "Henry V". In theatre, he has been in the productions of "Cymbeline" (2007) and "Ivanov" (2008). In December 2013, he starred as the title character in the Donmar Warehouse production of "Coriolanus" which played until February 2014. Rachel Hannah Weisz was born on 7 March, 1970, in London, U.K., to Edith Ruth (Teich), a psychoanalyst, and George Weisz, an inventor. Her parents both came to England around 1938. Her father is a Hungarian Jewish immigrant, and her mother, from Vienna, was of Italian and Austrian Jewish heritage. Rachel has a sister, Minnie, a curator and photographer.
Rachel started modeling when she was 14, and began acting during her studies at Cambridge University. While there, she formed a theater company named "Talking Tongues", which won the Guardian Award, at the Edinburgh Festival, for its take on Neville Southall's "Washbag". Rachel went on to star on stage in the lauded Sean Mathias revival of Noël Coward's "Design For Living". It was a role that won her a vote for Most Promising Newcomer by the London Critics' Circle.
She has starred in many movies, including The Mummy (1999), Enemy at the Gates (2001) and Stealing Beauty (1996). Rachel can also be seen in the movies The Shape of Things (2003), About a Boy (2002), Constantine (2005) and The Constant Gardener (2005), for which she won an Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Carey Hannah Mulligan is a British actress. She was born May 28, 1985, in Westminster, London, England, to Nano (Booth), a university lecturer, and Stephen Mulligan, a hotel manager. Her mother is from Llandeilo, Wales, and Carey also has Irish and English ancestry.
Her first major appearance was playing Kitty Bennet in Pride & Prejudice (2005) alongside Keira Knightley, Judi Dench, and Donald Sutherland. Carey also played orphan Ada Clare in the BBC television series Bleak House (2005).
Carey has said that her passion and love for acting was first kindled at her old school Woldingham School, where she took part in a school production of "Sweet Charity" in her final year, and where she was also a student head of drama.

Thandiwe Newton was born in London. She is the daughter of Zimbabwean mother Nyasha, a health-care worker from the Shona tribe, and British father Nick Newton, who worked as a lab technician. She lived in Zambia until political unrest caused her family to move back to the UK, where she lived in Cornwall (in southwest Britain) until she was 11 and enrolled in London's Art Educational School to study modern dance until a back injury forced her to quit dancing. This led to her auditioning for films. Her first role was in John Duigan's Flirting (1991). She then moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue acting. Noel Fielding was born to Dianne Fielding and Ray Fielding, on May 21 1973. He has once revealed on The Russell Brand Show, on Radio 2, that he has a French grandmother. Fielding once stated that he was never baptised, he hasn't got a middle name and he does not follow any religion. He was once educated at Croydon art college and Buckingham Chilterns University College.
Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt's Edinburgh Festival debut in 1998 won them the much coveted Perrier Award for Best Newcomer. In 2001, The Mighty Boosh came to Radio 4. This proved to be very successful and was made into a television series for BBC 3 and took it by storm.

Lloyd Owen plays Captain Elendil in Prime Video's Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. In 2022 Joshua Sasse can be seen starring in FOX's upcoming epic, multi-generational musical drama "Monarch." The series revolves around America's first family of country music; the reigning King of Country Albie Roman (Trace Adkins), and his insanely talented but tough-as-nails wife, Dottie (Susan Sarandon). Sasse shines as Luke Roman, Albie, and Dottie's smart, charming, straight-shooting, high-flying son who also happens to be the CEO of the family's business, Monarch Entertainment. "Monarch" features original music and covers, and is slated to premiere on Sunday September 11 and will move into its regular time period on Tuesdays at 9:00 PM on September 20th, 2022.
Additional recent credits for Sasse include his breakout role as Galavant on the Emmy nominated, ABC series "Galavant" (created by Dan Fogelman, 2015-16), and leading roles on "No Tomorrow" for The CW, "Rogue," for DirectTV, and ABC's "The Neighbors." Born in London, Sasse was raised in the Himalayas in Nepal until his father died in an air crash in Kathmandu, which brought his family back to England. He attended an English boarding school with aspirations of returning to Nepal to join the army. Upon finishing school, Sasse discovered his love of bringing characters to life on stage and decided to study performing arts at Hurtwood House College and later at Cygnet Training Theatre in Exeter. After joining the British Army as an officer, he left his place at Military academy and spent four years cutting his teeth in theater, touring with companies in the UK and Europe, and starring in the West End production of "Mamma Mia" at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London before making his way to America to fully pursue a career in film and television. He has been working ever since.
In 2017 Sasse took a brief hiatus from the entertainment industry, making the decision to step away from the limelight in order to re-root himself. He worked in a vintage car garage, lived on an island in Greece where he wrote two novels, collections of poetry, and penned a travel/remedial book. He started a Safari company in Zambia, and moved to Australia where he opened a café and bar. Sasse got married and had two children, in the process. Sasse notes this period of time changed his life and life changed him, marking a new chapter in his journey.
In 2020 during the pandemic, Sasse was finally published as a poet and dove deeper into his love of poetry, even launching a podcast entitled "The Poet's Voice" which features accessible, bite-size poems that erase the stigma placed on poetry by reading them in a way that everyone can enjoy. As a writer, Sasse is putting the finishing touches on his latest book "The Poetry Orchard," which is due to be published in 2022.
Sasse is a staunch supporter of anti-poaching and protecting wildlife across the world, and is one of the founders of 'Classic Zambia' a close to nature Safari experience with professional guides that have an unparalleled knowledge of the bush.
