Jelena, a teacher in her hometown, always trying to improve the educational system, she is married to a foreigner. Fuki their best male friend, never moved from their hometown, lives with his high-spirited grandmother, and occasionally gets involved with dubious people and business schemes. This, however, do not diminish his charm, and above all his goodness. Each of the ladies used to be in love with Fuki at some point in their lives, but after all, they remained best friends. In three days, they all have a great challenge: to help Ana find the money for the operation. They will have to go through serious soul-searching, in order to find courage and strength to bring out the best and most noble in them. Breasts define all of them, not only as a metaphor. Jelena was forced to reduce hers breasts because she was desperate for others to see something else in her. Zorka did the same, but for other reasons, which she was compelled to hide because of the backward and narrow-minded surrounding. To Ana, breasts symbolize the illness, but also the chance to fulfill her daughter's dream. Even Fuki has his breasts story... The mini-series is inspired by true events.
