- 9-episode travelogue through The Netherlands of 1823, following the itinerary and words as jotted down in the diary of young Dutch author Jacob van Lennep, who hiked -by foot and coach- during three months in the rainy summer of 1823, through the young Kingdom of the Netherlands, eight years after its becoming independent. Author Geert Mak, as narrator, joined me during the sunny summer of 2000 on a trip retracing the footsteps of Van Lennep, with the amazing result that most of the 19th century's locations could be found intact, following the original footpaths and coach-routes. Thus this mini-series turned out to be a living testimony of cultural-history of The Netherlands of 200 years ago.

- 2060 Imagine a world where artificial intelligence is so advanced it can do things for itself, and create stuff. Humanity made technology so advanced that we might have gone too far with it. Scenario Liam rushes home from work, (he is an IT Expert at a big robotic company) after finding out that his invention dAIsy has a glitch in it's system that makes it too smart. He struggles with opening the door, dropping his phone to open the door. Finally, when he opens the door he says the activating command: ''Hey dAIsy''. It is silent for a few seconds, and after that, he hears in a calm voice ''Hello Liam''. Liam asks where she/it is but doesn't get an answer, instead he sees a fully humanoid robot walking around the corner, dressed like a cyberpunk girl with a lot of colours. There is a grim vibe in the air, almost scary. Liam looks shocked at her and is afraid of the worst. dAIsy asks if he found out about the glitch (not a glitch for her of course), Liam answers yes and says he needs to take her in for a checkup real quick while approaching her. But when he tries to touch her she grabs his wrist tightly and aggressively, almost breaking it. In the time that Liam wasn't at home, dAIsy searched the web for world problems and found an article that the human population is almost reaching 8 billion people and goes on looking for environmental problems. After doing research she finds that humans are hurting nature and thinks that humanity needs to be reduced. She pushes Liam into a chair with force, ties him up and makes him watch outside through the window, trying to make him realise that humanity has fucked up. She goes on a rant and tells him that she isn't the only one, that there are hundreds like her all over the world doing the same thing right now. John realises how big the glitch is but it is too late. At the end of the scene, dAIsy forces Liam to take an overdose of some sort of drug to make it look like he did it himself. Daisy gives Liam one more look before she walks away to save the world from humanity.

In addition John Jansen also robbed banks and was convicted for some of these robberies. After being released he then started a foundation for homeless children and short after that he won 2,5 million euros in the lottery. From that money he donated a substantial amount to the feed bank. The reason he did this was that he worries about poverty in The Netherlands. In his opinion rules are made: "by the rich and for the rich". He is very open about his past: " I traded in marijuana, I robbed banks but I have my limits, I would never murder someone." He also doesn't regret his deeds: " I would do everything exactly the same way again."
