- The Lone Ranger and Tonto find an injured man who is building a school house on his own. They learn from him that the school is the project of an Indian girl who wanted to have a school for Indians. She was given $10,000 to help build the school but two men, one of whom is an Indian who worked for her, killed her and took the gold. It seems like they encountered the men previously. The Indian is still out there but the other one had been caught and is going to be hanged that day. Tonto goes to the town to get a wagon for the injured man. But the lawyer of the man who's about to be hanged, is visited by the Indian who wants him to get his partner to tell him where the gold is. The lawyer goes to see him and tries to get him to tell him where the gold is, by telling him that if he returns the gold, the school could be built that it could be his way to vindicate himself but he doesn't trust the lawyer. He sees Tonto and tells the deputy that's his partner who arrests him and puts him in the cell next to him. He says he knows he's the one who rides with the masked man, he wants to tell him where the gold is so that they could return it so that the school could be built. The lawyer who overheard their conversation, tells the Indian and they follow Tonto who tries to give them the slip but they catch up with him and the Ranger just as they find the gold which was hidden in a tree in the middle of some quick sand.
- A Chinese laundryman who is a friend of the Ranger's, is expecting his bride from China who is arriving. But she's taken by some men in masks. Later the Ranger and Tonto arrive and learn that she was abducted by bigots who wants their friend to leave town. So they set a trap for them so they can find out who they are and hopefully where they are holding her.
- When one of the Planet's warehouses catches fire Superman arrives in time to stop it. Later Perry learns that a large payroll he placed in the safe, is not there. So the insurance company refuses to pay, claiming that the fire was deliberately set to cover up the money's disappearance, which Perry knows he didn't do. So he sets out to find out who did. What he or anyone doesn't know is that a couple of guys who call themselves "The Firemen's Friend" because they go to fires and serve coffee and donuts to the firemen, were the ones who stole the money by using a fireproof suit and a special hearing aid that can help them open any safe. When Perry runs into them, he notices a few things that are odd.
- Professor Pepperwinkle has developed a way to transmit objects and people through telephone lines. A group of criminals are quick to see the advantage of such a device, and Superman has to stop them before the situation gets out of hand.
- A boy hears a plea on the radio for people to donate clothing to flood victims. So he donates his grandfather's coat. Later, when his grandfather learns what he did, he freaks out, because he had placed his life savings in the lining. His grandson then goes to the Daily Planet and tells Lois what happened. She decides to print the story hoping someone will help. The two men who picked up the clothing for the drive, who are also crooks, read the story and go to get the coat. Eventually Lois gets a lead, so she, Jimmy, and the boy also set out to get the coat. When they arrive at the center, they find someone has already taken the coat. When they find out where he is, the two crooked men show up and pretend to be trying to help. The crooks lock up Lois, Jimmy, and the boy while they go after the coat. Clark, upon learning where Lois is, follows.
- Superman races against time when a circus elephant is stolen. Hundreds of young children risk being disappointed when the elephant promised for a special charity event can't be found.
- The son of Robin Hood dons his father's famous tights. Unfortunately, he's nowhere near as good as his father was so the merry men look for Robin's other child.
- Superman stretches the laws of physics to the breaking, or rather splitting, point to prevent a coup in a Latin American country.
- A nuclear scientist who defected to the U.S. was exposed to nuclear radiation and has only a short time to live has been living in the desert. But agents from his country try to get him to return. Superman stops them but knows there's another agent whom they only by a code number will try to get him. When Clark tells Jimmy and Lois about him they go to see him and because they came in contact with him, they're exposed to the radiation. They decide to flee not knowing they're going into an area where a nuclear device is to be detonated.
- Professor Pepperwinkle creates a robot whom he calls Mr. McTavish. It isn't long before Jimmy and Lois learn about him and Professor Pepperwinkle shows him to them. Later Superman shows up but as he is approaching McTavish he starts to feel weak so he leaves. That's when they learn that Professor Pepperwinkle placed a meteorite in McTavish which they deduce is kryptonite. Some men who want to blow up the Daily Planet for a story they did, decides to use McTavish to assemble the bomb so they take him along with Lois and Jimmy. Superman and Professor Pepperwinkle have to try and find them.
- A criminal, who has a kryptonite ray gun, attempts to lure Superman into a trap by kidnapping Lois and Jimmy.
- Before a time limit expires, Superman must find a way to get to a criminal hiding in a giant cube made of incredibly strong material that even the Man of Steel cannot penetrate with his usual powers.
- A criminal who was sent to prison by Superman and the Planet staff goes to the Planet office and tells them of his intention to go after them. They respond that Superman will stop him. Only problem is that he wears a lead mask to conceal his identity and he has other men wearing the same mask. Eventually he captures all of the Planet staff and puts them in a perilous situation and Superman has but minutes to save each one of them.
- An uptight IRS agent is ordered to investigate a rural family in debt to the government...but the family - including lovely daughter Mariette - help him loosen up.
- During the 1950s, a military panel grills Junior Officer John Paul Steckler to find the whereabouts of a Navy destroyer that he temporarily commanded during WWII and is missing.
- Just as a prisoner is about to turn stool pigeon, he is shot by someone on the inside. So Ness transfers a con from another prison to find the killer.
- Olive is a sculptor and puts an ad asking for a model. When Popeye and Brutus see it they both offer their services. and they try to show how masculine and virile they are. But Olive tells them she's not looking for someone who is strong and healthy but someone who is worn down and tired. So both Popeye and Brutus try to mess themselves up but one of them always stops the other.
- Popeye is called by a lawyer who tells him that he and Brutus are the beneficiaries of someone they know. And that he'll be reading the will at noon. And if one of them is not there at noon they will forfeit the inheritance. So Brutus tries to keep Popeye from getting there at noon.
- Popeye is the proprietor of a pet store whose motto is that all his customers are satisfied. Olive, Wimpy and Swee'Pea come in and get pets and leave satisfied. But Brutus who doesn't like it grabs all their pets. They then go back to Popeye saying he was the one who took them, which he denies. So he dons a dog disguise and tries to find the culprit.
- Popeye takes Swee'Pea to the barber for a haircut but he's to scared and won't remove his hat. So Popeye tells him the story of Samson, the man who believed he got his strength from his long hair. And when another man played by Brutus who thought he was the strongest challenged Samson to a test of strength which Samson won. So he decided to try and cut Samson's hair so he will lose his strength. So he poses as a female hair stylist and tricked Samson into letting her work on his hair but actually cuts it; robbing him of his strength.
- When the Earth is threatened by a burning Van Allen Radiation Belt, U.S. Navy Admiral Harriman Nelson plans to shoot a nuclear missile at the Belt, using his experimental atomic submarine, the Seaview.
- A college professor invents an anti-gravity substance which a corrupt businessman wants for himself.
- Tony Ryder takes over his dead uncle's media empire while trying to keep quiet the mysterious circumstances of his death in a Palm Beach hotel room.
- A man who lost his wife and all he had returns to Dodge from gold prospecting with three bulging bags to deposit in the bank, and all who scorned him before, including his ex-wife, can't do enough for him.
- When the Sea Hag overhears Popeye wishing that he was lucky, she asks her vulture to get out of her pouch a coin which gives whoever has it bad luck and throws it at Popeye hoping he will be cursed. But the vulture gave Popeye her gold luck coin which grants three wishes. When Popeye uses it, Sea Hag tries to get it back before he uses the other two. Knowing that he's on his way to pick up Olive for a date, the Sea Hag gets there before Popeye does, binds and gags the slender brunette, then makes herself look like Olive. She then goes with Popeye to the dance planning to steal the coin, using violence if necessary.
- The Sea Hag is planning to steal a leprechaun's gold by finding a leprechaun and making him tell her where his gold is. Popeye knowing that she's up to something follows her. When he encounters her, her vulture knocks him out. A leprechaun finds him and helps him. Later the same leprechaun runs into the Sea Hag and she makes him tell her where his gold is. When the other leprechauns learn what he did they banish him. When Popeye runs into him, he tells Popeye what happened Popeye sets to get the gold back.
- Olive is a reporter who's so busy that she doesn't have time to be with Popeye. Her boss then tells her that there are rumored reports of a sea serpent at lochness so he sends her to check it out. Popeye tells her there's no such thing. When she arrives she meets, the man who knows about the Sea Serpent, Brutus. He charges her for every piece of info he gives her. Popeye is incredulous and finds evidence that Brutus is a fake.
- While going through a tunnel of love boat ride, Olive notices a lot decorative jewels and other valuables and wishes they were real. That's when the Wiffle Bird shows and says they can be by just touching his feathers and wishing it. And it happens. So she and Popeye grab buckets of the jewels and makes their way out but the Wiffle Bird shows to tell them that there are three dangerous dangers that anyone who tries to take anything will have to face. While Popeye prefers to leave everything behind Olive says they go on with them.
- Popeye is shipping canned hamburgers. And when Wimpy hears of this, he offers to protect them. Popeye is hesitant to let him. But he agrees but on the condition that he let the Wiffle Bird put a spell on Wimpy making him not like hamburgers. So while they sail, the Sea Hag shows up and plots to make off with the cargo and offers Wimpy part of the hamburgers. But when he refuses she puts a spell on him making him her slave.
- Popeye takes Olice out to buy her a birthday present and she chooses a pearl necklace and when Popeye hears how much they are, he sets out to get pearls from the sea. He goes diving and finds the oyster beds where the pearls are. But the Sea Hag is there and she claims that the pearls belong to her.

- An Army Colonel comes to the Ponderosa looking for a man who was under his command, then deserted. The Colonel believes the deserter lives in the vicinity of the Ponderosa. He wants to bring him to Washington for court martial. He shows them a picture and they claim not to know him but it's their neighbor, Bill Winters. Just as the Colonel was leaving he is shot by an arrow. While the Colonel rests, Ben goes to Bill who admits it's true. Ten years ago, the Colonel was tasked with keeping the Indians in line and he decided to do that by raiding them. Bill chose not to follow him and aided some of them to escape but he still raided the Indians and many were killed. He learns that there'll be another attempt on the Colonel so he goes to the Ponderosa and kills the Indian who was sent to kill him. When the Colonel sees Bill, he pulls his gun on him but Ben tells him that he saved his life. He then reveals that Bill is his son. When the Indians learn of Bill's connection to the Colonel, they take him for punishment. His wife, who's one of the Indians he saved tells Ben. Ben asks to speak to the Chief whom he knows. The Colonel knows that the Chief won't give his son back so he offers himself in exchange for his son. Knowing that the Indians will kill him, he asks Ben to speak to the Indians for him.
