- Del is getting into financial trouble - even his double-headed coin can't help him win. He's gambling away his money with no sign of stopping, and he's already £150 down. Nevertheless, when Boycie challenges him to a winner-takes-all poker game, Del is eager to host it in his flat in Mandela House. As the night progresses, Del's luck goes from bad to worse as he ends up owing Boycie all his money, the TITCO van, Grandad's cash, jewellery and even a collection of loose change. But all is not lost, as Del finally turns the tables on Boycie in revenge for fixing all the previous card games in his favour.
- Rodney meets Vicky, a seemingly impoverished artist who it transpires is the daughter of the Duke of Maylebury. Having obtained a pair of tickets to the sold-out production of Carmen, Rodders seems to have deeply impressed Vicky. She is less taken by the presence of Del and his peroxide blonde dolly bird. Especially when they open the crisps. Vicky then invites Rodney to a party at the Duke's country home, and it seems romance may be on the cards. Then Del Boy turns up, hits the vino-plonko and ruins everything for his little brother.
- The trouble starts when Del persuades the local bus company to hand over one of their open-top buses in exchange for Rodney working as a Trainee Nocturnal Security Officer - part of their latest company, Trotter Watch. As part of the deal, Rodney has to suffer the nerve-jangling experience of patrolling the bus station on Tyler Street throughout the night. The next part of Del's scheme is the launch of Trotters' Ethnic Tours: a scenic tour around Chingford and Croydon, taking in such ethnic sights as the Lee Valley Viaduct. And despite a great deal of whinging from his family, Del persuades Rodney to drive the bus, whilst Grandad agrees to distribute the publicity leaflets. But when nobody turns up to the launch of Trotters' Ethnic Tours, it is revealed that Grandad shares the legendary Trotter business acumen and has posted the advertising leaflets through the dust chute of Mandela House.
- Returning from an auction, the Trotters stop to help a woman whose car appears to have broken down. It turns out she is a posh sort. No less than Lady Ridgemere, wife of Lord Ridgemere who own the Ridgemere Hall Estate. Having towed the Lady to her stately home, Del overhears that the Lord of the Manor is having trouble with the firm he's hired to clean their chandeliers. He wastes no time in offering the Trotter's services as chandelier cleaners for a mere £350. With Rodney and Del up ladders, and an old sheet the only thing between the cut-glass chandelier and the floor, it is only natural that Grandad detaches the chandelier from the room behind them. Del's fast talking excuses are the Trotters' only chance they have of escape!
- The rowing club at the water sports track is in total uproar. Stéphanie, a young rower of 15, has gone missing. When her mobile is found in the bushes, everyone understands that she didn't just run from home. In the meantime Pasmans and Raymond keep themselves busy with a less alarming disappearance: a group of African musicians on tour lost their orchestra leader. When Jacqueline gets hospitalized John warns Bruno to keep himself ready.
- The team are still after the murderer on Stéphanie. But her father is still without a trace and the rowing trainer keeps insisting that he is innocent. The first breakthrough comes after a confession from Jean-Claude Maes. The night before the disappearance, when he was peeping, he saw how a man was trying to rape Stéphanie at the boathouse. Meanwhile Bruno and John keep watch at Jacqueline's deathbed.
- In the woods near Halle a body is discovered of a good looking young woman. Witse questions her adoptive parents and her ex-boy friend. This has no results. According to them, the woman was already missing for a month. Witse asks help from Rik Cuppens. He's a colleague from the cell missing persons. Together they find a lead which takes them to 'Veritas'. A faith movement who strongly believe in extraterrestrial lifeforms.
- Witse finds himself in one of the most mysterious cases of his career: the murderer is found murdered. Together with his team they try to find logic explanations. But it even gets more mysterious when another member of the 'veritas' disappears. While Annemie comes to her final decision, Witse has to race against the clock.
- Britt learns the astonishing story of Alek, but it's too late. She's locked up with a couple of East European refugees in an air tide container. Their only hope is Juri, a young boy who was left at a parking during a break. John has had enough of Tina, who is completely unmotivated to do anything. He fires her, but she is the only one who can get through to Juri.
- Elisabeth 'Liddy' Godderis, missing since two days at her Brussels catering job, is found murdered at her home in Dilbeek (near Brussels). The killer changed the bed linen and washed her posthumously, in bath. Gardener Marcel Geeraerts, a former colleague and supervisor, saw leave her just-dumped young gigolo, truck-driver Alex Cools. Part of the team assumes he did it, others he's been set up, and indeed she had other admirers. Liddy's bachelor sole son André Godderis, in debt after a failed business she refused to invest in, is caught intruding the crime scene.
- On a Sunday a professional gang enters the private Bank of Jonkhere through a tunnel. 66 specific lockers are cracked. The rest is left alone. Only personal things, secrets, cash money and jewels are stolen. They're all from people high up in the Belgian business world, magistrates, politicians, trade unions, army and so on. Jonkhere fears a grave scandal and together with Attorney-General Persigal and the safe holders they try to cover it up. But then the smalltime Brussels detective Paul Gerardi gets a tip from a forgotten informant. His chief tries to put him on a different case, but this makes Paul even more determined to find out what is going on.
- Paul Gerardi hides out at a monastery. Here his old friend and former police superintendent Martin Colla stays. At first he refuses to help Paul for which he has a good reason. Paul's wife Sarah and daughter Sofie are continuously intimidated by employees of procurator-general Persigal. Paul discovers a lead which leads him to senator Rasenberg. He's one of the 66 safe owners. Those 66 are part of the action committee called Salamander.
- Now Paul's good friend Carl betrayed him, the net closes around him. He suffers one misery after another. Meanwhile the 66 safe holders receive envelopes with copies of the sensitive material they kept in their safes. The foreign minister is the first to take to flight. Senator Rasenberg is involved in dirty business surrounding the Royal Family. The leaders of Salamander realize someone wants to destroy their organization. But who and why? Persigal is caught between two fires. He wants to protect the land, but at the same time he's a member of Salamander.
- While Gerardi is in the hands of Persigal, Sofie realizes her mother has an affair with Cassimon and she runs away from home. She goes to the police and demands to speak to her father. Now Persigal can persuade Gerardi to help him catch the bank robbers in deepest secrecy. And find out who's behind it. Senator Rasenberg's wife has a crush on Gerardi and passes on information about her husband. Since the former Home Secretary committed suicide, Rasenberg makes a very good chance to be the next Home Secretary. A millionaire called Wolfs is behind the bank robbery. He wants to eliminate all members of Salamander one by one. Rasenberg is next on his list.
- With the eager help of Karin Rasenberg, Gerardi discovers her husband saved a member of the Royal family from a grave scandal. He has to seduce Karin further to get more information, which puts his marriage on the line. It's becoming clear that Wolfs drags a heavy history with him, which goes all the way back to the Second World War. Salamander discovers Gerardi is hot on their heels. To secure the appointment of Rasenberg to the post of Home Secretary they need to eliminate Gerardi.
- Paul's wife Sarah is murdered instead of him. Now nothing stands in his way to hunt down Salamander. He wants Sofie to go to a boarding school where she will be safe. Persigal wants to get rid of his Salamander-past and works together with Paul. Paul blocks the way of Rasenberg to go to the king for his appointment of Home Secretary. Klaus made a mistake with the murder of his one-night stand and he gets Paul after him. Paul is in search of a confrontation.
- Wolfs tells Klaus to send the incriminating material they stole from the safes to all 66 owners. They are all members of Salamander and the top of the Belgian society. One after another they quit, disappear of commit suicide. There are a lot of strikes and a dark crisis threatens the state. Sofie meets a granddaughter of Wolfs at the boarding school. She was put there, because she was unruly at home. Salamander turns out to be a failed resistance mission during the Seconde World War. Wolfs father and Jonkhere's father were part of it.
- Charlotte Brabants is a spicy 35-year old woman and pollster for several firms. Through a dating agency she got in contact with Jan Duckart but rejected him after a while. The man doesn't takes this easily and stalks her. On a morning her body is found in her car at the parking of a tavern.
- Witse gets a message that a woman wants to talk to him on her deathbed. It's Alice. Witse arrested her husband some time ago for murder on a prostitute. Alice was the one who brought down his alibi. Now she tells Witse that she lied and that her husband had been at home at the time of the murder. She asks Witse to take a letter to her husband. After that she will officially confess to everything. When Witse comes back to the hospital, Alice has died.
- Birgit is waiting for news on her application letter and is very tense. Carlo and Akke have a questionnaire for everyone to fill in. It's a task they got from their professor. When Carlo sees Birgit for the first time, he's totally blast away. Birgit needs to relax and wants to go to the cinema. Carlo would like to go with her, but she thinks he's creepy and asks Tom. They have a great night out and Tom thinks he's back in with her. Until Birgit has a good talk with him. Carlo questions Jasmijn about Birgit and holds back Birgit's photo's with a vague excuse.
- Bert probably didn't understand Zoe dumped him, because he turns up again. Zoe very clearly tells him again it's over. When he keeps calling, they unplug the phone. Axel suddenly turns up. He got a film-producer interested in Tom's book. Birgit is only prepared to give him 5% of the deal. The producer tells them there is no big budget for the film. Carlo and Akke calculate very accurately how much time they lose every down going down the stairs and think of something new. The rest like the new way of coming down, but Akke and Carlo forgot a way to get upstairs again.
- Tom finds out Alfons can't sell the house. Since his wife died, half of the house is Jasmijn's property. Alfons explains to her he bought shares and since the stocks dropped considerably, they can't keep the house. Jasmijn finds it difficult to make a decision, but after a restless night, she has a solution. Akke and Carlo think they can avoid the move by doing everything backwards. They think the time will go backwards this way. The balustrade is in danger of falling down and Steve has to support it. When they finally get someone to put struts underneath it, Steve can't get his arms down anymore. Zoe leaves for her internship in Urk.
- Carlo thinks Akke is a traitor, because he was supposed to dump Greet, so Carlo could take his chances. Now Akke is in love with Greet, Carlo doesn't speak to him anymore and wants to move out. When Kirsten kisses Zoe on the mouth when she leaves the next morning, Zoe understands what must have happened that night. Since she's not gay, she has to dump Kirsten. Carlo and Tom follow Zoe in true Pink-Panther-style when she goes to Kirsten, because they want to know what happens. Birgit thinks Tom is a very bad influence on Kim when all she does is sit on the couch, watch TV and eat chips with him. Birgit takes her shopping and turns her into a mini-Birgit. But then she gets over-classed by her own creation.
- Akke and Carlo have a name for their firm. A.K.A. They turn a part of the room into an office. When the phone starts to ring, they don't know how to handle it. Birgit takes over without asking. The boys are impressed and ask her to work for them. Zoe waits impatiently for the result of her aids test. Jasmijn tries to start a new trend, but not very successfully.
- Robert is finally leaving. Everyone is happy. Kim decides to go home when Steve tells her she also has to do chores as long as she lives with them. Birgit is totally under the influence of Dieter and Sidi 'n Bibi, but she doesn't see it that way. The rest is afraid she's lured into a sect and try to help her. She says she doesn't need help. Sidi tells her money doesn't fit in their vision and she has to make a sacrifice. Akke has a job at Game Universe. He takes games home for testing so he can give the customers better advise, but finds watching TV more interesting. The store-owner notices Akke has more games at home than there are in the store.
- Jasmijn is back from her school trip. Because she doesn't like the clothes she buys with her father, she borrows from Zoe. Until Zoe doesn't have any clothes left. Steve tries to learn anatomy, but he finds it difficult. Akke helps him with his skeleton Etienne. Suddenly learning is a lot easier. Birgit starts to look like Tom in her manners. Zoe and Tom start a quarrel which sex is the best. They agree on two tests. A mental one and a physical one.
- Tom's laptop doesn't seem to work anymore and he asks Carlo to help him. This only makes it worse. Akke changed quite a lot. He's very posh and only listens to the name Berend anymore. At first Maaike is impressed, but it wears off quickly when other women get interested in him and he likes the attention very much. She wants him to turn back to being Akke again, but that seems impossible. Carlo asks himself why Akke can get all the women he likes, while he can't get any. Zoe and Birgit bought the same dress by accident. Zoe is scared she will turn into Birgit.
- Gella is nothing like how Carlo described her. Akke is totally in love with her, the moment he sees her. But it takes another admirer to give him courage to tell her. Birgit saves Tom life when he almost chokes. He wants to pay off his debt to her and Carlo has some ideas on how to do save Birgit's life. But his ways don't always work. At first Zoe doesn't want to come with Jasmijn to the Cupido party. But when Jasmijn states Zoe might thinks she's too old for this kinds of parties, she goes with her.
- Akke misses Carlo. Greet tries to do the same things with him as he did with Carlo, but she's not very good at it. Greet realizes Akke needs Carlo more than her and leaves him. Carlo is still in the basement. He has drawn Akke's face on a tin of soup. When Steve accidentally uses this tin of soup, Carlo finally leaves the basement. Steve brings Akke and Carlo back together again. Jasmijn, Tom and some of their classmates want to organize a party. Birgit accidentally hears about it and worms her way in. When they're preparing the hall, she commands everyone until they have enough and leave. Now she stands alone.
- Tom and Ellen bump into each other in town. He invites her for a drink and they get along fine. She invites him home. The next morning Tom gets quite a shock. Akke put an ad in the paper that anyone can hire him for any job, because he needs money to pay off the games he got from his last job. Jasmijn hires him to be her date for a party. Steve, Carlo and Kim also go to the party and have a great time. Birgit finds out Dieter and Sidi 'n Bibi were fake and were only after her money. She feels totally let down and sees only one way out. When Zoe comes home, she finds Birgit on the bathroom-floor.
- Akke is nervous to meet Maaike again. In the computer room at school, she asks him out for a drink. When he walks to her, he trips over his own feet, stumbles, falls and in the process pulls her skirt down. They have a lot of fun reading Tom's answers to his Dear Pamela letters. They think that's why he's fired. He wants to show he really can write and starts to work. Birgit has a school reunion. She has to organize it by tomorrow. She asks Steve to pretend to be her steady boyfriend for the reunion. Steve helps her preparing the food, but gets sick from eating from one of the pots. He just doesn't know which one. They have to throw everything away, but what now? And now Steve is sick, Carlo sees an opportunity.
- Everyone has a lot of fun with Steve's new dry-fit-t-shirt. Carlo is in hiding. Akke wants to prove Carlo's innocence and goes in disguise to the hackers who framed Carlo. Steve arranges Tom's stag-night, but his idea of fun is quite different from the rest of the guys. The girls have a lot of fun in a café. Until Ellen feels guilty. She admits to the others she also has feelings for Prosper.
- The team investigate a strange traffic accident. The victim is found dead more than 100 meters from her car. Jasper has to split his attention between the case and a very strange question from his psychiatrist. He has to make a list of qualities about his mother. John sees Annelies is not all right. The quality of her father's life rapidly goes downhill. She has a lot of problems with that.
- When the guy, who normally does the dishes, doesn't show up, Kurt has to do his work. He is very serious about his new job, in such a way he thoroughly disturbs the activities at Felixir. Linda can't help care about a young girl who has to celebrate her birthday with her father in the restaurant. A television coverage and cooking lessons have to bring more publicity to Mauro and Felixir. But to his nuisance, the program makers give preference to Nico as presenter. Mauro doesn't give in and wants to strike back with a new and original dish. He has to carry the painful effects from this.
- Annie goes away with Fred for a week and leaves Julie in charge. No-one believes Julie can handle, but they're all in for a big surprise. Jack wants to get hold of an old railroad watch from a dying patient, but he won't sell. Jack draws up a testament for the man to help him and the man signs it. After his death Jack is very happy, until he sees the signature on the testament.
- Arno is being punished for buying the almost extinct Hogopogo's (which appear to be guinea pigs) with Geert's bankcard. He doesn't agree with the punishment and decides to claim his own roam as a new country Arnolant. That way Jackie can't tell him what he can or can't do.
- The trouble starts when Del agrees to provide painter and decorator Brendan O'Shaughnessy with enough louvre doors to refit an entire housing estate in Nunhead. Del's supplier, Teddy Cummings, only stocks and supplies in bulk, so it's up to the Trotters to find two grand by the next day or there's no chance of getting the doors. As usual, a solution turns up in the form of Denzil's redundancy money, which they somehow convince him to part with, only to be told by O'Shaughnessy that the doors he's bought aren't needed. And to make things worse, the doors turn out to be stolen. It's not long before Denzil and his five brothers come looking for their money, so with nowhere else to go, the Trotters visit their mother's grave - a favourite refuge for Del in times of trouble. At their mother's graveside, Rodney notices a rare butterfly from the cover of his magazine, that's worth about £3,000 to collectors.
- Now an inspector already has been, Mauro wants his staff to do even more their best. Some old 'friends' of Nico come by and she has to help them. But the police are on the trail of these 'friends'. This has consequences for the whole team and results in an awkward situation for Nico. The ex-husband of Linda comes by with his new partner. But to Linda's surprise he doesn't just want to introduce his new wife. Kurt sees a new life in front of him now his mother has died. He decides to play open cards with Mauro and his colleagues. But he also discovers that his former charms don't always work anymore.
- Chiara is only three months old when she is found dead in her cot. Couldn't Sally and Mario take the screaming of their crybaby any longer and have they shook her too hard? Or has a wave of burglaries, sweeping the dejected apartments, something to do with Chiara's death. Witse want to get to the the bottom of the case and tries to look further then the graffiti, the garbage lying about and the injection needles.
- Chris defends an honest bank clerk who is suspected of being the inside man of a robbery. She starts to get doubts about the case when she listens to Hugo. Is the clerk that innocent? Luc gets his first case like a present from Gabriël. But with presents from Gabriël you have to watch out.
- Reverend Godderis, headmaster of a reputable Catholic 'college' (prep-school), catches the 15 year old Thomas Van Oyen when selling porno magazines to his younger classmates. He is send from school, but takes revenge by accusing his timid religion teacher of pedophilia. Godderis asks his old schoolfriend Paul Emile Leduc for help. Thomas's lies may not influence the good name of the college. Chris gets the assignment to keep the case out of publicity.
- A girl of fifteen goes missing. Her parents are busy businesspeople, who didn't know she had an older boyfriend or that she is pregnant. When they arrest the boyfriend, he doesn't want to talk at first, but he doesn't know either where she is. Bruno shows off to a journalist. Rik helps renovating Dominique and Wilfried's apartment. Dominique notices things keep missing and doesn't want Rick there anymore. Merel goes to a conference in Brussels, while Tommy goes to work. Lieselot has a feeling someone is following her. It might be Tommy. Nick wants to check it. John thinks Tina could study for a higher degree, but she doesn't want to.
- Del employs younger brother Rodney as a member of Trotters' Independent Traders, despite warnings from his business colleagues. When Rodney decides to become the Trotters' financial adviser - monitoring the accounts and keeping Del's dodgy dealings in check - Del has second thoughts about their partnership. Cracks show in the partnership when Rodney inadvertently bungles a deal with Trigger. But despite Del's anger, it turns out that Rodder's advice would have prevented the purchase of 25 briefcases that are locked with the serial number inside. Del and Rodney have yet another row and 'Little Bruv' plans a career change. Desperate to make his mark on the world, Rodney decides to leave for Hong Kong - a great plan, if only he'd remembered his passport.
- The divorce from his wife Doris is more difficult for Witse then he's willing to admit. Keysers, his former boss, now his wife's lover asks for his help. A police officer was killed during a painting robbery in Brussels and Witse knows the suspect, Mario Sarasin, who commissioned the robbery. Sarasin passes his final days in Pajottenland. Pascale, an ex-prostitute, takes loving care of him.
- Birgit locked herself in her room with the illegal radio station. Zoe tries everything to get her out, because the police are looking for it in the neighborhood already. Steve has a terrible backache after his accident. He needs a massage and Carlo is the only one present. Steve tells him Birgit would appreciate a good massage and he can practice on him. Tom and Paco go to a party on his last night in Belgium. Paco meets someone called Jasmina.
- Steve's internship at a school starts tomorrow. He will give physical education to 14 and 15 year old boys. Zoe and Jasmijn look through his schedules and think the kids won't like this at all. They give him advise what would work, but Steve thinks the boys need rules. Carlo tells everyone he will leave the house. When he leaves at the end of the day, no-one really seems to be bothered that much. The next morning he's present at the breakfast table again. It seems it was just a test to see if they would miss him. The conclusion wasn't very positive, but he will forget it as soon as possible. Birgit is in love with Maarten, the journalist who called her a money-grubber. She arranges an interview with Tom, so she can show him off as the money-grubber, but the interview doesn't go as planned.
- Zoë has a new boyfriend, Tony. Birgit also goes after him. Tony wants to split with Zoë because of the tensions. When a basketball on TV finishes, which the whole gang is watching, Steve kisses Tony in the spur of the moment. Akke plugged a leak in the school's system. De dean is impressed and asks him to maintain the school's network. Tom's publisher gives him a new job. He has to do the broken heart column. Jasmijn gets a punishment from school for smoking in the toilets. With a fake doctor's note, she stays at home, but what of the school inspectors?
- Carlo and Tom bought a TV-dish which will give them more than 5000 channels. It proofs difficult to find an interesting channel, until they discover a channel with a grazing cow. Birgit finds a letter for her between Tom's mess. It was an invitation for a job interview, but now she's too late. She's very angry with Tom, because she thinks he deliberately kept the letter from her. He hasn't looked through his mail for a long time. Steve makes him see he has to apologize and do something for her. Jasmijn wants to go on a school-trip to Rome, but she needs a lot of money for that. Her father wants to put in half, when she puts in the other half. Jasmijn finds out it's not easy earning money.
- At first Akke is excited when he learns Bill Gates comes to Belgium, but when Bill criticizes Borf, he isn't happy anymore. Akke wants to talk to him on the Internet, but for that he has to keep up all night. He drinks lots of cola to stay awake until he's addicted to it. The others force him to kick this habit and lock him in his room. Zoe thinks she attracts misery, because it's going worse with Mickey since she went to visit him at the hospital. She goes Gothic so people will avoid her in future. Mieke accidentally ran down a six year old girl called Mieke. She takes her home and until her parents are found, she can stay there. Everyone gets quite attached to her.
- Birgit and Robert are a couple, so Birgit thinks she's also the landlady and puts up house rules. Kim doesn't like it at all Birgit and her father are a couple and she moves out. Carlo is very sad after his misadventure as a superstar. He locks himself in his room and only lies in his bed and eats. Steve warns him he will get so fat, he won't be able to leave his room. When he threatens to wash him personally every day, Carlo gives in. Zoe doesn't have enough closet space for her clothes and she hires space from Tom. He sees an opportunity and money.
