- This week we bring on the subject of the Disney film 'Million Dollar Arm', sports marketing agent J.B. Bernstein. Although he is known for his role in that film, he has represented some of the biggest names in sports including Barry Sanders, Barry Bonds, Emmit Smith, and more. We sit down with him and talk about becoming an agent, his journey through the sports and marketing realm, advice he has for aspiring agents, and more.

He starts the new streak by doing a three-part series with the three Gonzaga baseball players that were taken in the 2021 MLB First-Year Players Draft. Part one features pitcher Alek Jacob. Jacob was drafted in the 16th round by the San Diego Padres and was a 4-year player at Gonzaga. He holds plenty of accolades including throwing the first no-hitter in a 30-year span for Gonzaga. In the episode, he talks about getting drafted, playing at Gonzaga, how he's handling the draft, and more.
- Here is part 2 of the Gonzaga 2021 MLB First-Year Players Draft series, this time we talk with shortstop Ernie Yake. Yake was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 10th round of the 2021 MLB First-Year Players Draft. Yake, a Brooks Wallace semifinalist (given to the nation's best shortstop) hit .333 with 38 runs, 29 RBIs during his junior season. He was also draft-eligible in 2020 but the draft was shortened to 5 rounds due to Covid-19.

- We're on to part 3 of the Gonzaga 2021 MLB First-Year Players Draft series; this time, we talk with Oakland A's pick Brett Harris. Brett Harris was selected by the Oakland Athletics in the seventh round (No. 218 overall) of the Major League Baseball Draft. He racked up plenty of awards in his final year with the Zags, including WCC Defensive Player of the Year and College Baseball 3rd team All-Amerian. He was also draft-eligible in 2020, but the draft was shortened to 5 rounds due to Covid-19.

Kispert was a 4-year player for the Gonzaga Bulldogs leading them to a 127-12 record in his time with the team. During his last year with the team, he led the nation in 3-point percentage and went on to win the WCC Player of the Year along with receiving the Julius Erving Award for the nation's top small forward. In 2021, he was drafted 15th overall by the Washington Wizards, joining Jalen Suggs and Filip Petrusev as Gonzaga players drafted to the NBA in 2021.

- Human lives are threatened by the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). As of 21 March 2020, COVID-19 has affected more than 267 thousand people across 184 countries (World Health Organization 2020). This new coronavirus disease is declared to be a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. Coronavirus represents a large family of viruses that are responsible for the common cold to various respiratory disorders like middle-east respiratory syndrome (MERS), severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), etc. These viruses are transmitted typically between animals and humans. There are many known coronaviruses in animals and have not affected humans. COVID-19 virus, also known as the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), is a new strain of the coronavirus and has recently been identified. COVID-19 virus belongs to the Coronaviridae family, order Nidovirales. It contains mainly four structural proteins: spike (S), envelope (E), membrane (M), and nucleocapsid (N). Spike glycoprotein is responsible for virus infection by promoting attachment with the membrane of the host cell. Tang et al. (2020) have identified two dominant viral strains of COVID-19 viruses as L- and S-types, with a 4% genetic difference. They observed that L-type strains, derived from S-type, are more aggressive with a higher transmission rate.
