- When Psy-Crow drinks a dangerously strong espresso, he becomes Hyper Psy-Crow. Jim must find a way to counteract the new threat before it cause serious problems for the universe.
- Psy-Crow forces the narrator to read that him and Professor Monkey-For-A-Head have overthrown Queen Slug-for-a-Butt, which automatically happens. Ethel Bleveridge takes her in. To stop them, Jim and Princess What's-Her-Name need her help.
- Jim, having had enough of Peter's deadly tantrums, sets about finding away to cure his transformation problems. The quest leads us back to how and why Peter is so intelligent.
- Bob the Killer Goldfish invents a device that can transfer "evolution energy" from its target to its user. This devolves the target to a lower life form and takes Bob to a higher stage of evolution. Jim and Peter become its victims.
- Evil the Cat teams up with Malice the Dog, the love of his life. The villainous couple steals Jim's Hairpin of Destiny to summon The Fiend Which Dares Not Speak Its Name and destroy the universe and her Fleas of Eternal Slumber send Jim and his friends to the Realm of Nightmares.
- Jim needs to find a way to improve the show's ratings. He must also investigate the epidemic of people turning into apes after using cosmetic products.
- Princess What's-Her-Name explains Jim how her rivalry with her evil sister Queen Slug-for-a-Butt began and decides that the time has finally come for her and Jim to overthrow her evil sister once and for all. She also tries to dance.
- Evil the Cat comes into possession of a key that allows him to control The Great Beast That Dares Not Speak Its Name. But his plans are put in jeopardy when the Beast turns out to be in Jim's possession.
- Jim must stop the invasion of cyber-furniture that turns anyone who sits on it into a zombie-like couch potato. Pete falls victim to a cyber-sofa, but the nerdy president of Jim's fan club jumps in to back Jim up.

- The origin of Jim's super suit is finally revealed. Two of Jim's archenemies create a fake super suit and replace it with Jim's. Now they have the Universe on its knees, while Jim unwisely consults comic books on how to regain his powers.
- Evil the Cat comes up with his final diabolical plan to destroy the universe when he learns of the prophecy that says that if the circumstances are right, a uniquely terrible singing duo could destroy the universe with their awful song. Lounge act Morty and Eileen fit the bill. Meanwhile, the Galactic Heroes' League deems that Peter's actions have saved the day much more often than Jim's, so they award Peter with Jim's suit. Peter becomes the new hero and Jim must find a new job. Also, Jim notices that the show's budget is running out.
- While eating an ancient subway sandwich, Jim bites into the Sword of Righteousness, an odd legendary sentient sword that only heroes can wave. The sword trains Jim. Meanwhile, Psy-Crow steals an orb that can materialize thoughts.
- Jim and Peter find themselves in an alternate world which apparently bears a striking resemblance to The Wizard of Oz. When Jim comes into possession of treasured Sapphire Toe-Socks, they must find a way back to their world before the alternate Queen destroys them.
- Jim's suit starts losing power due to low "GODS" batteries. Ant-like alien Queen Slug-for-a-Butt arrives on Earth while Jim is powerless and tries to steal the suit. Peter is introduced to Scottish national dish - haggis.
- Jim and Bob the Killer Goldfish must team up when Bob unwisely awakens the legendary ultimate force of destruction, The Anti-Fish, that wants to eat the biggest worm in existence, The Great Worm Spirit, and end all existence.
- Jim and Peter embark on a road trip to find The Legendary Giant Fur-Bearin' Trout. But when Queen Pulsating Bloated Festering Sweaty Pus-Filled Malformed Slug-for-a-Butt receives a weapon powered by fish hair, Jim, the Queen and Princess What's-Her-Name find themselves in a race against time.
