After being locked in the MGM vaults for 25 years, this film was eventually released to television, along with the rest of the MGM library. Side-stepped by most of the major markets, its earliest documented telecast took place in Cleveland Thursday 28 November 1957 on KYW (Channel 3); in Baltimore it was first aired 8 December 1957 on WJZ (Channel 13) and in Norfolk VA 14 December 1957 on WTAR (Channel 3). It now resides in the Turner Classic Movies film library, and is occasionally taken out for an airing on TCM.
