One of over 700 Paramount Productions, filmed between 1929 and 1949, which were sold to MCA/Universal in 1958 for television distribution and have been owned and controlled by Universal ever since. Its earliest documented telecast took place in Omaha Thursday 29 October 1959 on KETV (Channel 7), followed by Phoenix 5 December 1959 on KVAR (Channel 12), and by San Francisco 21 December 1959 on KPIX (Channel 5). It was released on DVD 17 May 2012 as part of Turner Classic Movies' Claudette Colbert & Fred MacMurray Romantic Comedy Collection and again 27 December 2013 as a single from the TCM Universal Collection.
