The last Lillian Harvey and Willy Fritsch Vehicle was Lucky Children.This feature is more about spying and it is serious .Not a Comedy.It takes place in the early 1900 in the Russian - Finnish war.Willy is a spy.He has to give some papers to his organization.He and his group is being chased by Russian soldiers.He ends up at the house of a well known Prima ballerina ,played by Lillian Harvey.One of her guest is Willy Birgel,who's a Prince.Fritsch stumbles in her bed room.She discovers him.hide him in her room and eventually fall for him.Once Willy Brigel finds our ,she has to pretend that he is a piano instructor.She ends up getting involved in Willy Fritsch's spying and his group.Lillian show's her ballet talents in this film,with the same number that was used in fantasia,except without the alligators and hippopotamuses.Willy Fritsch has orders now to go to Stockholm,but ,he can't take her with him. Fritsch and his group tries to entrap The Birgal and make him signs some papers ,at the theater,with the aid of Lillian Harvey.It fails and Fritsc is arrested Lillian begs the prince to let Fritsch go and she promise to marry Birgel. Tragedie happens,Willy is free .This was directed by Paul martin .Lillian's lover.This was one of the many light entertainment film that were made during the third Reich 04/5/15
