Released in the first year of the Second World War for the US, this is one of the first Hollywood films to actually mention the word "Jewish" and to deal with the refugee problem.

While the Baron is interrogating Ms. O'Hara at the hotel in Paris (after the photographer is killed and she's arrested), the cross suspended from the Baron's neck disappears and reappears between shots.
