| Rock-a-bye bully.
'Baby Puss (1943)' is just as well-animated as its similarly-aged peers. The issue is that it's actually rather mean-spirited. It sees Tom getting brutally bullied for being unwillingly treated as a baby by his owner, painting the rather disturbing experience as 'funny'. For this reason, the piece isn't very enjoyable. Of course, it has a few nice sight-gags and, like I mentioned, it's very pleasing to the eye. However, it's just not fun. 5/10
