As a boy scout leader, Henry (James Lydon), repeatedly takes the blame for problems caused by a scout in his patrol.
One of over 700 Paramount Productions, filmed between 1929 and 1949, which were sold to MCA/Universal in 1958 for television distribution, and have been owned and controlled by Universal ever since. Its initial television presentation took place in Chicago Saturday 28 February 1959 on WBBM (Channel 2). But sponsor interest was minimal and it was not taken off the shelf again until 28 December 1959 when it aired in Grand Rapids on WOOD (Channel 8), and 25 February 1960 in Detroit on WJBK (Channel 2).
