One of over 700 Paramount productions, filmed between 1929-49, which were sold to MCA/Universal in 1958 for television distribution, and have been owned and controlled by Universal ever since. It was released on DVD 27 April 2010 as one of 6 titles in Universal's Barbara Stanwyck Collection.

By the time the film was released, Robert Benchley had already been dead for about six months; another cast member, Mae Busch died the month prior to its premiere.
