When Tommy throws himself onto the rails in front of the oncoming train there is an obvious splice between that frame and the next one which shows him at the side of the track with the train rushing past after his having been "rescued" by Jack Warner.
When Tommy wrestles Slopey (the reporter) to the floor, the flimsy wall momentarily comes away from the adjoining stairs.
When Tommy first appears hiding in a churchyard and dodging along the road it is apparently pouring with rain, even though the sun is clearly shining brightly which is proven by the clear shadows against the background.
When Tommy drives away in a stolen car there's crowds on the street watching the action.
One of the 78rpm records on display in Morry's shop is an HMV with two white areas at the bottom of the label. This would make it a pre-electric recording from the early 1920s and hardly likely to be in a record shop.
Alfie Sandigate is seen arguing with his mother and then disappears into a side room moments before the reporter Slopey calls. There is then a brawl on the stairs and Tommy escapes. Surely the noise would have disturbed Alfie into making another appearance, but he seems to have completely disappeared.

At the club, when Sadie (Morry's wife) sits down to talk to Doris, the spotlight shines on the wall behind them, and the shadow of the microphone is briefly visible.
